I'm a huge fan of mobile app development, in particular for iOS and iPadOS devices, but I love macOS too. In this particular circumstances, my primary IDE is Xcode.
I really like everything related to networking: ranging from low level protocols, like ARP and TCP/IP, up to the application layer for DNS, HTTP and so on. I also like other things like subnetting, VLAN, routing, wireless communication standards, et cetera.
